Water and Sewage – this is covered in the leaseholder’s service charge although individual use is monitored.
Internet – There are fibre optic internet links to and within Capital Wharf provided by Hyperoptic.
Gas – It is the leaseholders’ responsibility to arrange for their gas supply. There is a gas meter in each flat. It is recommended that all leaseholders have a carbon dioxide monitor fitted.
TV – There are TV signals provided to each flat from a roof-mounted antenna as well as a satellite signal.
Electricity – It is the leaseholders’ responsibility to arrange for their electricity supply. The electricity meters are in a locked cupboard in the landing outside your flat – the Concierge will let you have a key.
If you wish to install a “smart meter”, the leaseholder should liaise with the Concierge.
The safety of all the pipes and wires within each flat are the responsibility of the leaseholder.
