- Residents must only park vehicles in spaces allocated to them by lease or licence
- Speed is limited to maximum of 5 mph
- The concierge must be informed if a lessee allows any other person to use their space and the name and contact details of the person must be supplied
- In underground car park it is not permitted to:
- Empty or fill fuel tanks
- Charge batteries from the mains
- Repair, maintain or clean cars (except for repair in an emergency to enable the vehicle to be removed to a proper place)
- Use the garage for any other storage
- Smoke anywhere in the garage area.
- The Company accepts no responsibility for any damage to vehicles parked at Capital Wharf, howsoever caused
- The Company reserves the right to dispose of abandoned vehicles/cycles etc after reasonable notice has been given to the Tenant responsible
- To ensure security
- All doors must be securely closed after you
- You must wait to see that the garage gates are completely closed both before you leave and enter
- Any loss of garage entry fobs must be reported to the Concierge
- Fobs must not be given to visitors/tradesmen
