- Concierges and the Managing Agent must be informed prior to any work being done in your flat.
- All access for tradesmen must be made via the front desk and workmen must sign in both on entry and on leaving.
- Work or repairs involving excessive noise (e.g., drilling) must be limited to the hours between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm weekdays and not at all on weekends or bank holidays.
- You must not give tradesmen the fobs for front doors or the garage.
- Contractors will be given a copy of the “Rules for Contractors” and it is the responsibility of the leaseholder to ensure that these are complied with. If you do not have one, ask the concierge for a copy of the rules.
- If access to garage is needed this will be given by the concierges.
- Please inform tradesman of the Bus Gate restrictions.
- If you let in a contractor via your telephone entry system they still have the requirement to sign in.
The safety of all the pipes and wires within each flat are the responsibility of the leaseholder.
