- At all times residents should be considerate and keep all noise, however generated, to a reasonable level to avoid annoyance to other residents within the development.
- No noise should be made either in your flat or on the balcony that is audible to other residents between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8.00 am on weekdays or between the hours of 11.30 pm and 8.30 am on Saturday and Sundays and recognised bank holidays.
- Leaseholders are responsible for ensuring that all floor coverings are sufficient to prevent noise being transmitted to the flat below.
