Insurance which covers the structure of the building, the contents of the common parts, public and employers’ liability and engineering insurance are all arranged by the Freeholder.
Should you feel you have a claim to make against any of these policies then please contact the managing agents directly.
You should note that failure to observe or comply with your lease may invalidate the third party liability insurance that the freeholder purchases on your behalf.
This does not cover the contents of your flat, which you are strongly urged to insure.
