All deliveries must be checked in at the front desk where they are given instructions on procedure.
You should let the concierges know if you are expecting a large delivery.
- Letters: Letters are sorted by the concierges and put in your lockable postbox – you are responsible for the key – if letters are too large they will be treated as parcels.
- Parcels: These will be logged and either kept in the parcel store and a note left in residents postbox or brought up and left outside a resident’s flat. This will be done with the agreement of the resident and if the resident is known and not known to be away.
- Deliveries from known sources – these can be delivered to resident’s flats. The concierge will ring first.
- Take Away deliveries: When they arrive the concierge will ring your flat via the internal phone system and residents must come down to the foyer for collection.
- It is unreasonable to expect concierges to handle or store very large and heavy deliveries.
