• There is 24 hour coverage. The internal phone number to the front desk is 1.
  • The Head Concierge and his team work with the Managing Agents and the Board to ensure that Capital Wharf is maintained to a high standard and that all works/services in the communal areas are carried out properly and communal areas are clean and litter free.
  • Any enquiries or problems should be reported to the concierges in the first instance and these will be recorded and dealt with appropriately.
  • The Concierges are always ready to help residents, wherever possible. However, residents must not be unreasonable in their demands and treat all employees with respect. Abusive behaviour towards the concierges and other staff will not be tolerated.
  • Concierges must not be asked to do anything that compromises their Health and Safety.
  • The Concierges are responsible for our security and have strict rules that they must abide by concerning entry to the block. Residents must understand and respect this.
