Issues between neighbours

  • It is hoped that these can be resolved harmoniously between the neighbours concerned but, in case this is not successful, the Head Concierge should be informed who will remind the resident responsible about the relevant House Rules.
  • If the complaint persists then the complainant should write to the Managing Agent.
  • It is helpful to keep a diary of issues with, if possible, corroborative evidence.
  • No further action or proceedings should be taken before consultation with the Management Board.

Issues relating to communal facilities and services

  • In the first instance the concierge should be informed. He will log the problem and if he cannot resolve the matter he will refer it to the Managing Agent.

Issues and disturbances outside the block (e.g., noise)

  • The concierge should be informed who will log the problem.
  • It is useful if you could personally log the incident on the “anti social behaviour reporting site” as it provides evidence to allocate police resources.
  • Where the incident is violent and dangerous always ring 999.
