Residents Information – Communication Feeds

The building has a communal satellite antenna which gives each flat access to two feeds containing satellite and radio feeds and access to a Sky box. These can be configured by the leaseholder at their cost.
The building also has a fibre optic feed available from Hyperoptic who can provide a fast broadband internet service if required at leaseholders cost.
The internal telephone and door entry system feed are the responsibility of the Management Agents, but the handset itself is the responsibility of the leaseholder.
The provision of the BT line is the responsibility of the leaseholder to organise.
