These are the corridors and hallways
- Children should not be allowed to play in these areas, including in the lifts without adult supervision.
- No storage of items is allowed in communal areas.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed in communal areas.
- Nothing should be kept in these areas which would obstruct access, adversely affect the appearance of the area or compromise cleaning or safety.
- The Management Agents are the final arbitrator and has the right, without liability, to remove and to dispose of any item left in breach of this regulation.
- Leaseholders and residents must not alter the external decoration or appearance of the communal areas nor the external decoration of their flat.
