• The balconies should be kept tidy to preserve the pleasant aspect of the block and no clothes or sheets etc. should be dried or aired on the balcony.
  • The balconies should not be used for storage.
  • Barbeques are not allowed both because of smoke nuisance, but also fire safety.
  • Nothing(including cigarette butts, candle wax, and collected rain water) should be thrown from the balconies onto the balconies or terrace below and watering of plants should not cause any spillage.
  • Be considerate when using the balconies to respect neighbours and comply with the noise requirements (see noise section).
  • The decking of the balcony is the responsibility of the leaseholder and must be replaced according to the terms of your lease. Consult the Managing Agents and Freeholder before work is done.
  • The decking should not allow any water or other materials to fall through to the balcony or terrace below.
  • It is the responsibility of the leaseholder to keep the rainwater gully clear.
  • Balconies should be cleared to allow access for the window cleaners who are responsible for cleaning the glass panels and exterior windows. You will be informed of the timing.
  • The railings, metal structures and glass panels are the responsibility of the Management Agents and any problems with these should be reported to the Management Agents and the Head Concierge.
