Information about the external facade remediation at Capital Wharf.
The safety of occupants during these works, while working to reduce disruption as far as possible, is of primary importance to all concerned parties.
The initial point of call for any questions you may have is the concierge team and Colin Warson, the site manager for Millane (the main contractor).
Scaffolding will be erected separately on the road and river sides of the building and will commence in the weeks shown below:

Please note that no balcony or terrace access will be allowed whilst the contractor is working on each individual balcony or terrace. This restriction will apply only during working hours, with areas being left safe each evening. Each balcony and terrace will therefore have the use limited for the minimum possible period. Patio doors can be opened during this restriction period, but access onto the balcony or terrace will be restricted via a temporary barrier. There will be no restrictions in place whilst the contractor is not working on your individual balcony or terrace.
It is strongly recommend that residents notify their home contents insurers that there will be external works being carried out at the building, involving full height scaffolding protected by appropriate alarm systems.
Please note that the contractors will provide individual residents with a minimum of 2 days clear notice of works occurring on any balcony or terrace area.
During the works there will be an impact on car parking at Capital Wharf. It is hoped that space can be found for affected vehicles elsewhere in the garage. The following parking bays are affected between the following dates:
